Fall-Winter 2018 

In 2003, LA Food Works opened our kitchen doors and welcomed our guest to come cook and learn with our wonderful chefs.  We have happily shared our tricks, tips and skills with our clients in this our signature event.  We look forward to continuing to share with you and your guests our love of all things in the kitchen!

For your event, you will  select 1 Entrée & 1 Dessert for you and your guests. 
Many entrees offer the option of more than one protein
Hors D’oeuvres are prepared by LA Food Works and served as guests arrive 

Entrée Selections

Grilled Leg of Lamb with Lemon Salsa Verde
(This option can also be done with lamb and/or chicken)
Mixed Lettuces with Shaved Beets and Sumac Dressing
Roasted Root Vegetables with Mint and Pistachios
Chickpea, Barley and Feta with Pomegranate Vinaigrette 

Grilled Chicken with Pumpkin Seed Sauce
(This option can also be done with chicken and/or steak)
Avocado and Tangerine Salad
Roasted Cauliflower with Cilantro Pesto
Sweet Potatoes with Sweet Chile Crema

 Chepa Vepudu (Indian Fish Fry)
Spiced Carrot Salad
Fire Roasted Broccoli with Cashews and Cardamom
Crispy Turmeric Smashed Potatoes with Fried Onions and Cilantro

Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Orange Horseradish Sauce
(This option can also be done with beef and/or chicken)
Green Goddess Salad
Grilled Fennel with Brown Butter and Sage Drizzle
Orecchiette with Squash, Hazelnut and Red Pepper

 Cornish Game Hen with Lemongrass and Chiles
Warm Kale, Coconut, and Tomato Salad
Green Beans with Mustard Seeds and Thai Basil
