Small Plates & Tapas Class Menu

This interactive, hands-on cooking class was specially designed for groups of 30 or more.  Enjoy learning how to make and eat variety of hardy small plates.  With a format that fosters team work while creating a kinetic environment, you and your guests will have lots of opportunities for mingling and connecting with each other.    

For your event, you will choose a total of 5 items to cook with your group

Our Small Plates Cooking Class includes a large crudités platter, gourmet cheese tray and assorted cookies, which are served on arrival, to compliment your choices from above.
