This management team building exercise allows all participant to learn about type characteristics on a personal level. They will be able to identify type-based ideas which will allow for improved individual effectiveness. L.A. Food Works provides this wonderful group exercise to take place in an intimate setting at their Frenchnouveau style home. Upon arrival, your group will first enjoy mingling while being served wine, beverages and scrumptious hors d'oeuvres. Then, you meet your L.A. Food Works' host and Culinary Chef who will guide you through the fantastic culinary experience!

This hands-on culinary experience lasts about 3 to 4 hours, with 1 to 1 ½ hours of kitchen time as everyone partakes in the preparation of a gourmet three-course meal.
