This team building cooking event begins upon your arrival at L.A. Food Works' Frenchnouveau style home. Upon arrival you will be afforded the opportunity to mingle and enjoy wine/beverages and delicious hors d'oeuvres. You will then meet your host and professional Culinary Chef who will provide a brief overview of food safety and knife handling.

Participants will then be guided on a hands-on culinary exercise that lasts about 1 to1 ½ hours of kitchen time preparing a gourmet three-course meal. Each individual will be able to work together and create a portion of the meal that will be shared as group. Throughout the event, L.A. Food Works will document the experience by taking digital photos that you can take with you!
