Often times, the key to meeting a deadline lies in prioritizing, identifying resources, and collectively putting information together in a timely, organized fashion. It's about recognizing your goals and creating a roadmap to get to your destination.

The group divides into teams. Each team is given an identical menu, in which they are to prepare 3-4 dishes in a timeframe. Each team will be stationed with a chef for assistance. Teams will engage in a "friendly" competition in preparation of the dishes. Culinary outcomes will be judged by an expert chef panel.
