Small Plates & Tapas Class Menu

This interactive, hands-on cooking class was specially designed for groups of 30 or more.  Enjoy learning how to make and eat variety of hardy small plates.  With a format that fosters team work while creating a kinetic environment, you and your guests will have lots of opportunities for mingling and connecting with each other.    

For your event, you will choose a total of 5 items to cook with your group

La Scalla Chopped Salad Boats

Zucchini Quesadilla with Avocado-Lime Crema

Spicy BBQ Beef, Chicken and/or Tofu Kebabs

Buffalo Cauliflower with Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

Grilled Peach Toasties with Pimento Cheese

Carne Asada with Warm Corn Tortillas and Green Pico de Gallo

Chicken Tinga Tostaditas

 Beef and/or Turkey Sliders with Pickle Back Slaw

 Ricotta Dumplings tossed in a Fresh Tomato and Basil Sauce

Mediterranean Chickpea Fritters with Cucumber, Tomato and Tahini

Chipotle Rubbed Salmon Tacos with Apple-Cucumber Salsa

Spicy Tuna and Vegetable Sushi Rolls

Kimchi Pancakes with Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce

Our Small Plates Cooking Class includes a large crudités platter, gourmet cheese tray and assorted cookies, which are served on arrival, to compliment your choices from above.
